KitchenLoopAI Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KitchenLoopAI, including our application, website and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by AiKitchenUSA LLC, doing business as KitchenLoopAI (“KitchenLoopAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, including limited guest functionality, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Your Account
KitchenLoopAI is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use KitchenLoopAI.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep information associated with your account reasonably current.
2. Guest and Premium Access
KitchenLoopAI may provide guest, limited and paid functionality. Guest users may receive limited access to certain KitchenLoopAI features without creating an account.
KitchenLoopAI may offer limited no-cost access with specified features and usage limits, and paid Premium subscriptions providing additional functionality, higher usage limits, or other Premium features.
The features, usage limits, subscription periods, prices, and promotional offers available to you will be displayed before you complete a purchase. We may change available plans or pricing from time to time.
3. Subscriptions, Trials and Promotions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period disclosed at purchase unless canceled before renewal.
If KitchenLoopAI offers a free trial, the applicable eligibility requirements, duration, and price following the promotional period will be displayed before you subscribe.
Unless otherwise stated, a trial that converts to a paid subscription will automatically convert when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand.
4. App Store Purchases and Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, the purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
Apple controls billing and cancellation for subscriptions purchased through their store. KitchenLoopAI cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
Deletion of your KitchenLoopAI account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. All sales are final — there are no refunds.
5. AI-Generated Information and Recommendations
KitchenLoopAI uses artificial intelligence to provide features including food identification, recipes, and freshness estimates. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect.
KitchenLoopAI's outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for your own inspection, judgment, or professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating and verifying all recommendations provided by the Service.
6. Food Safety, Allergies and Nutrition
KitchenLoopAI does not determine or guarantee whether any food is safe to eat. Freshness and expiration estimates should not be relied upon as guarantees of food safety.
You are responsible for independently inspecting food, checking actual expiration dates, verifying ingredients, and following appropriate food-storage practices.
If food appears spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe, do not consume it regardless of information provided by KitchenLoopAI. Nutrition information provided is estimated and is not medical advice.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of photos and information you submit to KitchenLoopAI. You grant us a worldwide license to host and process this content to operate and improve the Service.
This includes identifying foods, maintaining inventory, and generating recipes. Kitchen images are kept for no longer than 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
Information extracted from submitted content may be retained as part of your persistent records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Personalization, Analytics and Commercial Features
KitchenLoopAI may use information about your use of the Service to personalize recipes, recommendations, inventory intelligence, and shopping functionality.
Where permitted, information may be used to measure offers and advertising. We may generate aggregated or de-identified information concerning shopping trends where permitted by law.
KitchenLoopAI may receive compensation, including referral or affiliate fees, when users interact with or purchase through certain commercial features.
9. Location and Notifications
KitchenLoopAI may request permission to access your device's location for local recommendations and retailer information. We do not require continuous background GPS tracking.
With your permission, we may send notifications concerning expiration, replenishment, and account activity.
You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.
10. Third-Party Services and Commerce
KitchenLoopAI may link to or integrate with retailers and third-party services. We do not control third-party services, product availability, or retailer pricing.
Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Information displayed by KitchenLoopAI regarding third parties may not always be accurate.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use KitchenLoopAI for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or scrape data.
We may take reasonable measures to protect our systems from abuse, fraud, and security threats. Reverse engineering of non-public portions of the Service is prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
KitchenLoopAI and its software, designs, and branding are owned by or licensed to AiKitchenUSA LLC and are protected by law.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.
13. Privacy

14. Availability and Changes
KitchenLoopAI is provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify or discontinue features to secure or improve the Service.
We do not guarantee that KitchenLoopAI will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated information, recipes, or allergen information provided through the service.
16. Limitation of Liability
AiKitchenUSA LLC will not be liable for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated estimates, including food identification or expiration data.
Users are responsible for independently verifying ingredients and food safety. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months or $25.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using KitchenLoopAI at any time. We may suspend access due to violations of these Terms, fraud, or security threats.
18. Account Deletion
You may use the Delete Account feature to remove your data. Deleting the app does not delete your account or cancel your third-party subscriptions.
Account deletion may permanently remove your inventory, saved recipes, and personalization history.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business or the law. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Florida.
21. General Terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.
